Does NOXAEL deliver across Australia?

Yes. NOXAEL currently delivers within Australia only. Standard delivery is A$9.95 and standard delivery is free on orders of A$99 or more.

How long does perfume delivery take in Australia?

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch, although destination, carrier handling, public holidays and fragrance transport requirements can cause delays. See the shipping policy.

Do orders include tracking?

Tracking details are provided after dispatch where available.

What is the difference between EDP and EDT?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) generally contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils than Eau de Toilette (EDT). Actual strength and wear time vary by formula, skin, climate and application.

How do I choose a fragrance online?

Are fragrances for men, women or unisex wear?

Fragrance labels are useful guides, not rules. Many scents are designed or commonly worn as unisex. Choose the notes and style that suit you.

How should perfume be stored?

Keep perfume upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and rapid temperature changes. Avoid leaving bottles in hot cars or humid bathrooms.

How can I make fragrance last longer?

Apply a modest amount to clean, moisturised skin and allow it to dry without rubbing. Performance varies, so test what works for your skin and climate rather than overapplying.

Can I return an opened perfume?

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once a fragrance has been opened, used, damaged or removed from its original packaging. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Read the return and refund policy.

What if my fragrance arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty?

Email noxaelfragrances@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the issue.

Are alcohol-based perfumes restricted in Australian shipping?

Carriers may apply handling or transport requirements to fragrance products. These requirements can affect delivery timing. NOXAEL currently ships within Australia only.
