Does NOXAEL sell authentic perfumes?
NOXAEL offers authentic retail bottles sourced through authorised supply channels. The current shelf features selected Lattafa, Armaf and Rasasi bottles for Australian customers. We do not sell counterfeit goods. Product details and packaging are presented as accurately as possible, and you can contact us before ordering if you need help choosing.
Where does NOXAEL ship from?
Orders are packed in South Australia and dispatched in 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. NOXAEL currently ships within Australia only. Tracking is provided after dispatch where available. Transit commonly takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, but destination, carrier, public holidays and fragrance transport requirements can delay delivery.
Does NOXAEL deliver across Australia?
Yes. NOXAEL currently offers Australia-wide standard shipping only. Standard tracked shipping is A$9.95. Free standard delivery applies to orders of A$99 or more. Dispatch is usually within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation; transit commonly takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, subject to carrier and destination delays.

What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) generally contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils than Eau de Toilette (EDT). Actual strength and wear time vary by formula, skin, climate and application.
How do I choose a fragrance online?
Start with a scent family you already enjoy, such as fresh, floral, sweet, gourmand, woody, amber or oud. What is an oud fragrance?
Oud fragrances use an oud or agarwood style note. They are often described as deep, woody, smoky, resinous or warm, although every composition is different.
What is a gourmand fragrance?
Gourmand fragrances contain notes or accords that can suggest edible treats, such as vanilla, caramel, cacao, coffee, honey or sweet spices.
Are fragrances for men, women or unisex wear?
Fragrance labels are useful guides, not rules. Many scents are designed or commonly worn as unisex. Choose the notes and style that suit you.
How should perfume be stored?
Keep perfume upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and rapid temperature changes. Avoid leaving bottles in hot cars or humid bathrooms.
How can I make fragrance last longer?
Apply a modest amount to clean, moisturised skin and allow it to dry without rubbing. Performance varies, so test what works for your skin and climate rather than overapplying.
Can I return an opened perfume?
Change-of-mind returns are considered for unopened items only, and please contact NOXAEL before sending anything back. Opened, used, damaged or unboxed fragrances are not accepted for change of mind. This does not limit Australian Consumer Law rights. For damaged, incorrect or faulty orders, email within 48 hours with your order number and photos. Read the return and refund policy.
What if my fragrance arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty?
Email noxaelfragrances@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the issue.
Are alcohol-based perfumes restricted in Australian shipping?
Carriers may apply handling or transport requirements to fragrance products. These requirements can affect delivery timing. NOXAEL currently ships within Australia only.
