NOXAEL Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an item has been opened, used, damaged, or removed from its original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they choose the correct fragrance before purchasing. Scent preference is personal, and we cannot guarantee that every fragrance will suit every customer.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
